‘We’ll try again next month,’ David says. ‘You can spend the rest of the time back in your little cage to think about how you failed today.’

He stands up and moves behind Elena, his hands on her shoulders.

‘Look at this woman,’ he says. ‘She is perfect. I’m starting to think she might be too perfect for you.’

‘I won,’ I say, my voice sounding like a petulant child.

‘No,’ Elena says, ‘you didn’t.’ Elena pouts. She looks so disappointed in me. ‘I really wanted you to fuck me tonight… I was so looking forward to it.’

‘Don’t worry,’ David says. ‘There’s still another man who isn’t a total disappointment.

David slips an arm around Elena’s chest. He gently strokes her throat with a finger, from the base, all the way up to her lips. As he does, she sits up straighter, taller, leaning back into him, as though summoned to do so by his touch. She turns her head and they kiss in front of me. I feel a tear rolling down the side of my face. As I watch, her hands snake around behind, to the front of his pants. I see her gently squeezing and caressing his length.

‘Don’t worry, baby,’ Elena says to me, breaking off the kiss. ‘You’ll get to try again.’

I nod, disappointed, defeated.

‘Can you let me out of these?’ I say, shaking the cuffs at my wrists. At the very least, I can sit in the loser’s chair and watch the show.

‘No,’ David says. ‘I have a better idea.’

He whispers in Elena’s ear. She giggles.

‘You have to stay there,’ Elena says, ‘we’re not going to let you out. Not just yet… we want to have some fun with you.’

Elena leans down over me, on all fours, her face close to mine. Her hair drapes

over me, touching my face.

‘David wants to do it like this,’ she says. ‘He says it’s the punishment for your failure.’

I blink away tears, confused. Then I suddenly realise what they intend to do.

My wife moans in my face as David enters her from behind. The bed begins to rock, with me strapped helplessly to the frame underneath them. I hear David’s shaft sliding in and out of my wife, her entrance slick with excitement from a long day of tormenting me. She closes her eyes and moans again.
